help the peasants lead a better life, Huairou has cooperated
with the Beijing Huadu Chicken Company to accelerate the
construction of the chicken industry, and has made a big
push to the development of it, which provides a powerful
industrial aid for the peasants. A belt built up by the
associations of Baoshan, Changshaoying, Labagoumen, Meifang
and Jiuduhe towns has systematically solved all the problems.
At present, there are 75 standardized chicken areas. In
2004, Huairou sold 13,200,000 chickens, getting an income
of RMB 270 million Yuan. |
